Welcome to Worldwide Vinyl Repair Systems. Worldwide Vinyl Repair Systems was established in 1989. Having over 125 Distributors in 48 States, we are proud to say that more than 2500 Private Bus / Transportation Companies and School Districts are using our system.
Our Vinyl Repair System works on a variety of fleet vehicles:
- School Bus Seats (BlueBird, Thomas, International/Amtran, & more)
- Church Bus Seats
- Charter Buses
- Private Buses
The heat gun vinyl repair system has been tested on school buses all over the United States and has been found to be very effective. It saves time and most of all, MONEY. The liquid vinyl used for repairs can withstand heat which is the key to this system. The more heat applied, the better the bonding action.
The heat gun vinyl repair system is simple and easy to use. With very little training, a 6″ cut can be repaired in less than 5 minutes. The Worldwide Vinyl Repair System kit comes with an instructional CD. This system can be used to repair seams, peeled spots, corners, complete holes, cuts, pencil punches, etc.
The material used in this repair system is scrap vinyl (Just save an old cover for scrap), liquid vinyl, and vinyl spray paint. There are enough supplies included with this system to do 1000 to 1100 linear inches of vinyl repair. The spray paint can also be used to cover graffiti.
Contact our office to find out more about the initial cost of this system. After the initial purchase, the only thing to replace is the liquid vinyl to repair with and the vinyl spray paint.
